Under the Terms and Conditions of this license, Fodder Solutions would license all of its intellectual property, business systems, manufacturing know-how and commercial expertise, to allow the licensee to exploit the technology and business systems for the maximum returns and business longevity. Fodder Solutions have been uniquely successful in their commercial applications of this technology and no competitors currently exist in the market place. There are companies that claim to have similar technology but with no established sales history.
The business is always cash flow positive in that customers pay a deposit for their system prior to manufacturing. Full payment is received in advance of delivery, thus eliminating the risk of bad debts.
Creditor payments for supplies are paid on either 30 or 60 day credit cycles, resulting in strong positive cash flows.

Intellectual property

 Fodder Solutions has licensed all of its intellectual property and associated business systems with patents, designs and copy writes worldwide. This allows Fodder Solutions and its associated companies to manufacture, market and sell the technology across the globe.

Administration systems cover the ordering of materials for fabrication, ordering of seed for the systems, transport booking procedures and many other administration systems.
As Fodder Solutions prides itself on exceptional customer service, we use a unique production tracking process on each customers system. When a client places an order they are given a target delivery date of their system. The client is then able to phone head office to enquire on the development stage of their system in the fabrication process. The client is then advised of the exact position of their system in the fabrication process.
Fodder Solutions also provide growing and installation instructions in printed form as well as a DVD. This, together with a checklist that the client completes and returns to head office before transport, is then booked for the system to ensure that every delivery runs as smoothly as possible. Instillation is carried out in less than two hours.

Manufacturing

 Fodder solutions over many years have developed a lean manufacturing process, purchasing quality materials at the lowest prices and manufacturing the resources into a high quality, high value-growing chamber. Over several years of manufacturing, Fodder Solutions have implemented many design changes to save on labour and materials while improving the growing systems quality and longevity.
